We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any listings and are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not endorse or verify users, listings, or third-party services and are not responsible for user conduct or transaction outcomes.

4. No Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfSimDirectory.org and its owners, affiliates, and agents disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the site, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. 9. Fees, Payment Terms, and Taxes

Golf Sim Directory may charge transaction, listing, or other fees, as described on our Fees page. By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. As a marketplace facilitator, Golf Sim Directory will collect and remit sales tax on applicable transactions in accordance with law.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Golf Sim Directory is not responsible for refunds, returns, or cancellations. These are managed directly between buyer and seller unless stated otherwise. Golf Sim Directory may, but is not obligated to, mediate disputes between users. All disputes remain solely between the parties.

11. Insurance & Product Safety Disclaimer

Golf Sim Directory does not provide insurance or inspect items. Users are solely responsible for verifying insurance, safety, legality, and fitness of any product or service involved in any transaction.

12. Regulatory Compliance & Consumer Protection

Sellers are responsible for ensuring all products and transactions comply with local, state, and national laws, including product safety standards and all regulatory obligations.

13. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Access third-party sites at your own risk.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Golf Sim Directory and protected under law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any site materials without explicit written permission.

15. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the site at any time, for any reason, and without notice, especially if you violate these terms.
